In Pakistan teachers are in much trouble, especially female teachers are facing lot of problems due to convenience, security and appointment in remote areas. Punjab govt is taking an effective step to gave them a complete relief so that they can perform their duties in better ways. But the increase in the ratio of teachers problem also making a cause of disturbance between the students and the administration of the schools at level of the country.
